Our 4-Stage Quality Control System

To guarantee the rigorous standards expected by our partners in Western Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and beyond, we implement a strict 4-stage inspection protocol:

1. Raw Material & Component IQC (Incoming Quality Control)

Great audio begins with acoustic-grade foundations. We don't cut corners on materials:

• Premium Acoustic Enclosures: 100% inspection of our Premium Birch Plywood for density, moisture content, and structural integrity to guarantee superior resonance and acoustic performance.

• Hardware & Transducers: Rigorous testing of drivers, voice coils, and rigging hardware to ensure they meet exact electrical and mechanical specifications.

2. Precision Manufacturing & Craftsmanship IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)

Our production line combines advanced manufacturing with expert craftsmanship at our Guangzhou Huadu facility:

• CNC Precision Cutting & Assembly: Enclosures are precisely machined to ensure perfect acoustic sealing and zero structural rattling.

• Advanced Weatherproofing: Continuous monitoring of our Waterproof Polyurea Spraying process. We test coating thickness, adhesion, and uniformity to ensure ultimate durability against physical impact, rain, and UV exposure in outdoor touring environments.

3. Comprehensive Electro-Acoustic Testing (Final Quality Control)

Before any product is cleared for packing, it must pass a battery of acoustic and safety tests:

• Frequency Response & Impedance Curve Testing: Every speaker is measured in our testing chambers to ensure it aligns perfectly with our standard golden reference model.

• Power Handling & Stress Tests: Subwoofers and line arrays undergo high-power aging tests to guarantee long-term stability under peak performance.

4. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) & Export-Grade Packaging

• Rigging & Structural Safety Check: For line array systems, all rigging points and pins undergo load-bearing inspections for absolute safety during flying installations.

• Heavy-Duty Transit Packaging: Utilizing reinforced flight cases or high-density foam cartons to ensure goods survive ocean freight or rapid air transit without a scratch.
